Description

Measured values determined in accordance with EN 60745 Vibration total values (vector sum of three directions). Its design and specifications make it a reliable and durable tool for both professional and DIY users.

I almost forgot, whilst using it I 'could actually see the blade and cutting edge because there a two LED lights either side of the collet! Ideal for cutting grooves for wood joints or edge profiles, but also performing demanding routing work, such as producing special mouldings in many types of wood. It's maybe not a 'pro' tool, but it achieves professional results and gets a hearty 5 stars from me. There is no 1/2″ collet included and for me, it seems it would be not possible to fit anything bigger on the spindle anyway than 8mm collet sleeve.

The safety features of this wood router and its great ease of use enable you to work in a position that is not tiring even when using the tool intensively. It comes with a guide, as in the picture, which is nice and stable and allows you to quite easily line the bit up. I have a Bosch POF 1400 ACE and I want to mount it to a ready made on router table the problem is how do you make the router stay on if mounted to the table because when I press the trigger and the button and let's go of the trigger the power just come off it stops any ideas on how to make the router stay on or am I doing something wrong here? Only reviews that feature the label "Verified Review" have been checked to ensure that the author actually used or purchased the product.

Material-specific preselection of the speed due to Bosch Electronic with setting wheel and accelerator switch. I did not want to stick plastic rails to my wooden project for I didn't want "naff" so used the router to create gooves in the wood itself. Bosch router perfect for light home and less occasional use as opposed to the blue Bosch professional range. It is extremely comfortable and stable in use, and despite being confined to quarter inch, 6mm and 8mm router bits, ploughs through anything you throw at it with nice results. To make sure you've got the right plunge router - 1/4' collet: Some plunge routers have a single speed whereas others have variable speed settings. Initially I didnt bother with instructions ( I am man) just put it on a piece of wood and pressed go. The problem I'm experiencing is this, with 90% of the trigger doing nothing the last 10% of trigger travel turns it on and off, meaning that not only do I need to hold the handle as expected I also have to squeeze and hold very tightly.
